The state of Q.

At first, I thought this Q system was going to be amazing. Well, it's been out a while now, and it's only getting worse. I've tracked the last 50 queues I've had on an alternate account. Guess what? Over 90% of the games have not gone through their first attempt. Two in fives queues last over ten minutes, and the average queue time is over seven minutes from start to finish. What has this done? Champ select has been put in awkward place right now. No one pays any attention at all. There's minimal (if any) notification of your ban/pick. There's nothing that compels you to focus on the picks/bans, because, most likely, someone will dodge or forget to lock in. The worst part is, after accepting five or six queues, you get into one, don't get your primary, and just zone out. It's really hard paying attention to ten minutes of accepting queues, refusing a lane swap, banning a champ, selecting a champ, and then restarting because someone else forgets. Can we get serious notifications (sound with visual)?
