@Riot WHY DONT YOU LISTEN TO US!?!??!

So, it is well known riot doesn't care what we say on the gameplay balance boards. So, in order to get riot to listen to me I have sent a feedback ticket on gameplay and balance. I have done this regarding 5.4 changes to kassadin and Veigar. As a reply, riot games support emailed me this

Due to the organic nature of the game, we strive to maintain balance alongside new content releases. Strategies are always changing, and something that might be regarded as balanced one day might be considered too strong the next.

It's important that we don't make rash balance decisions. Sometimes it appears that a Champion is too strong, when the problem really lies elsewhere. If we immediately fixed the symptom, instead of looking for the cause of the balance issue, our game would be in a much worse state.
