time out's

so i've enjoyed playing this game for a long time now but recently between living on the east coast and sub par wifi i keep lagging out of games and the only way i've found to stop this is by leaving the game and restarting the client. although this is problematic as i can be away from the game for a couple minutes i dont think that i should get a time penalty. because it is either i do this or i just sit with the disconnected screen for like an hour. i dont mind the 5 minute wait but i just wanted to bring this up because i hope it doesnt get out of control or end with me getting banned
