New lol app idea.

Someone should make an app for android and apple that can track your mastery progress on champions. it will show you your top 10 or so on the home screen, click on an option to see who you've mastered and who you haven't. track a new champions mastery rank, champion artwork and champion base stats per lvl. something simple. but creative. who can make an app like this?
