Game keeps crashing......... on coop vs ai and team builder.. please help...

so the game crashed, once in teambuilder, and now in coop vs ai, first i though it was my internet, because i kept hitting over 500 ping. but i noticed it was solid. but then i alt tabbed to test my internet in the middle of a game. it was working fine on youtube. no problems no lag. but when i went back to the game, "attempting to reconnect" remained. i took a screen shot as the game crashed with my print screen. please fix the over 500 ping bug... its ruining the game... a lot of people ive played with are experiencing unplayable lag.... is the server over loaded?? too many people playing at once?? or something... please someone shed some light on this....... uploaded lolcrash.png file so you can see what happened......
