Why I'll never get out of bronze

The 4/18/7 hec and a 1/8/0 nasus, or 5/13/2 darius who never stops trying to 1v5, or the 17/8/8 wukong on the enemy team camping my red, or the team thats toxic from the lobby to the ff. Lucky for me those these all happened in a row so I could clearly remember feeling of getting out of bronze slip away. But one day maybe I'll get a team that believes, or doesn't feed, and maybe the enemy team will even feed, but deep down I know the only way I ever get out is to carry ever single game I play in which, while I go on great streaks, will never happen in my promos. item 3070 item 3073 item 3070

-You can't rely on your team at lower ranks

-Pick champions that can carry. I don't think that it is any coincidence that the champions with the highest win rates all have good aoe/cc. Just make sure you are decent with the champion also. Amumu MonkeyKing Brand Malphite XinZhao Annie

-learn to know where the enemy team is or isn't

-If 5 members of the enemy team are all mid at 15 minutes into the game, see if you can farm or push another lane to take turrets. They MUST stop their 5 man siege if they want to stop you from taking all of their towers in that lane. This puts the pressure back in your favor. Just don't forget to recall or don't overstay your welcome if you know they are coming to you. Keep in mind that this early in the game, it does not take 5 people to defend a turret. Especially if the champion you picked has good wave clear and pushing power.

-Upgrade your trinket ward to make it 100% easier to split push if the enemy team does decide to play ARAM in the mid lane. I would stress wards more but in nearly every game, wards become a wasted investment because your teammates don't use the vision to their advantage at lower ranks.

-If you see a fight happening or someone getting caught, don't run to it every time. Use that as an opportunity to steal the enemy's jungle, push a lane up, or even take a turret. If you run to fights that are happening pretty far away, you only waste time and continue to allow the enemy to gain an even bigger advantage. Not only will nothing get done, but the enemy will now know where you are. OOOOrrrrrrr you die too since you are late to the fight and you were outnumbered before you were even on your way to the fight.

There are obviously many more things to be said, but these are things that I see all of the time in my games. I say this as someone who had 9 out of 11 games with an afk last year. In the end, if we were good at the game, we would be in challenger. Just keep learning the game and having fun while doing it.

I'm not even good, even i got out of bronze. it's more than possible to get out. maybe refocus the thread around how feeders are causing toxic games. that might help, idk.

Well if it weren't for players like you there would be no bronze. YOu have the mentality that will never let you improve let alone leave bronze. Get over yourself and know that you have a ton of things to work on. Focus on what you are doing wrong and not them because i can guarantee you that you aren't perfect and are playing very sloppy.

Everything is random except for one thing. YOU.

You are the common factor in every single one of your games. If you, the only 1 constant, are noticeably more skilled than the elo bracket you play at, then you will win more than 50% of your games, and thus climb.

I have a smurf in Gold 5, and since I'm more skilled than players in that elo, I am able to consistently carry games, regardless of random factors. That's just how it works.

If you ever find yourself struggling to climb, don't blame your teams. You just lack the skill level necessary to carry games at your current level.

I have the same problems, I try to blame these problems on my own self. Be a god at this game and then you can win. That's it.

Learn 2 play the game? That should help

Or maybe you'll hit your head, remember that you're the biggest factor in your own victory, stop complaining and start climbing. Until then, cry me a river. item 3070 item 3070 item 3070 item 3070 item 3070 item 3070
