Why is the community on this game so toxic lol? One second you got a friend then you have one bad game and they rage and remove you from their list haha so chilldish. Come on RIOT do something to improve this it is really starting to eat my nerves. I do what I can and try my hardest but all I seem to run into are raging nerds that hide behind their computers and point the finger anywhere but at themselves because they know they are safe there. I wonder what would happen if I met some of these ragers in real life. I bet most of them don't even know what it's like to be with a woman let alone what it's like to be in the sun instead of their mom's basement lololol and that's why I call them basement monsters! Then on top of the ragers you meet, the enemy team talks so much crap to you and then they wonder why they never get honorable opponent votes. I really enjoy this game but being stuck in bronze 5 I get the pleasure of meeting some of the ragingest basement monsters I have ever seen in a game. It's demoralizing and frustrating but it never seems to get better only worse. I have raged before don't get me wrong, I like to win just as much, if not more, than the next person. However, I have turned over a new leaf ,try to be cheerful and positive, but rage seems to be contagious . It is unfortunate that my luck is absolutely horrible when it comes to ranked, I seem get screwed over every time I make a little progress, get nothing but afkers feeders and unskilled players that go to play ranked but yet don't know how to play all the roles and expect to get their way just because of that and then cry when they don't get role they want and then go on to do anything and everything to be a detriment to the team, meanwhile the enemy team seems to be right out of the pro finals. Then comes the rage. you make a mistake or have a bad game then everyone rages at you calls you a bad player and tells you to uninstall. First off about that, please nerds come up with a new insult that one is as old as the internet and maybe I'm being too generous but I am sure most of you are smart enough to come up with something new and way better than that. All in all I would love to progress in ranked but I am about to boycott it because it is about the worst for ragers. I can only really see one big problem here, and that is that the penalties for infractions are not stiff enough. If they were then people might think twice about raging at their teammates or enemies. Just something to think about.

Probably when players actually communicate with their team, stop going lone wolf, balances actually happen, bug fixes happen, etc.

Oh and it starts with the high ranked players belittling other players and so it makes a trend of hate. They should demote for bad behavior to better the community in my opinion but at this point it seems royally Fiddlesticks Urgot Chogath Katarina Evelynn Darius

the word toxic is overused and has been pushed so much that it has turned the playerbase of this game into jelly puppets, whos spines are viable to snap the moment someone calls them bad. They cry that their feelings are hurt and that this person should be banned. What i think is toxic is that you feel that a person who has spent years of time and effort, and has spent hundreds of dollars or more on this passion of theirs deserves to have their account revoked simple because they think your a bad player.

people rage, in this game and in real life, people lack self control, not everyone is like you, not everyone will like you, we ignore the people we dislike and move on, chances are. we wont meet them again. I get called trash by people when i have a bad game, i get insulted on my play, if i report them for harassment, i dont want them to get banned lol, chat restrictions for people who want to be assholes is fine.

You say that all you ever get is ragers and afkers and then proceed to call them "nerds" as means to insult them, for insulting you, you insult other peoples intelligence because they've made you angry. amusing thing is you and them are the same lol. Just like you playing poorly pisses them off and they rage, them raging at you pisses you off and you rage.

Riots new system would see you both banned for negative behavior, people will rage at you, suck it up and mute them if its to much, in life we all have the option to walk away, in league we all have the option to mute.

You sound like someone who is hurt over the fact that some random stranger removed you from their friends list. The issue of toxicity exists all the way up to the plat and diamond level of play. It's not just exclusively in bronze 5. Yea it's frustrating and demoralizing to experience it but what do you expect Riot to do about it? They can't control how people will react in a given situation. The only thing they can do is deal with the after math.

being toxic is a thing, but what about people who pass the limits. I can tell, someone just made a death threat in my game, everyone stopped arguying in the chat. But this guy really wanted me and a other random teamate dead (in silver V)

O and for all of you jelly fish nerd basement monsters out there that stand by the mute button, muting them is not going to make the problem go away, just letting you know in case you aren't smart enough to figure that out for yourselves. I am trying to get the problem fixed not ignore it.
