Suggestion/Merch Store: New Figure Sale and Suggestions for Store/Policy/Etc.
Hi there! I really love your merch and have purchased a good amount of it, both with positive and negative results. I just have a couple questions and comments/suggestions for your Merch Store/Support. Apologies if this isn't the right thread for it but maybe creating a Merch Forum Option would be a nice place to start. :)
This latest figure sale I'm happy to see (I even suggested it in my latest ticket!) but once again, the way it's being announced in an unfinished and shotty manner. With mere hours before this sale starts and still no idea on the details of it, I'm proposing a few updates or suggestions for your site.

No specific time is being given as to when it is starting (this is a proven problem with merch being instantly sold out especially with worlds merch) and giving a specific time start would help people que up for items they are wanting to purchase. I'm assuming it's based on Riot being in CA and therefore that time zone but who knows?

Also, the graphic doesn't show all the figures and the wording of the sale doesn't imply it either; is it all the figures, only the ones shown, are the new figures included in this sale or are they just being released at the same time?

This leads to the vague "Buy 2 for $30" statement and the graphic being misleading; is it any 2 figures even if they aren't present on the page, is it any two from the tier on the graphic (eg. Tier 1 shows gragas, heimer, etc. Tier 2 shows jinx, vi, braum etc. Tier 3 shows Naut, Cho, etc.) , does this then mean that not all of the new figures are included in this since sale each Tier has 1 new figure on it? No idea!

Are there any purchase limits or promotion limits to this? Like "Limit one of each kind of figure per customer." Nothing is said about this and this was a HUGE problem with the Thresh figure being sold out instantly in the first wave since no 'Limit per' was set - MASSIVE oversight by Riot.

An email opt in to sign up for new merch announcement or restocks would be fantastic eventually and a lot of work to set up but I think people would really love to have it!
I think it's great Riot stepped up to making merch (Jinx product quality is really terrible) but they need to start really taking care of the details of their store better. I've experienced first hand the consequences of this lack of professionalism both in lack of product quality (ie. shirt fell apart after two wears, good thing I sew), vague store site issues and lack of information on sales and product availability (Piltover items were a surprise and sold out, then sat on the site for a least a month as 'Out of Stock' then randomly disappeared one day to my disappointment/loved that Vi Cait shirt) and Riot Merch Support misinforming me of sale and stock of an item. (Let's just say I was EXTREMELY pissed off when they informed me of a certain Worlds Merch item being available for purchase after the 30th and then it not being available, given the statement 'Oh I'm sorry I misinformed you OOPS! Can I help you with anything else?'-listening to them cost me getting the item when I told my friend it was back in stock/they got one/I didn't. It was bad, things were thrown, there was cursing-yeah...)
I really hope someone at Riot reads this not as hate or complaining post but as a hope/suggestion statement that the site improves and becomes more of a 'professional' site like Amazon or big retailers. I hate being left in the dark or missing out on great products of a game I really REALLY love.
Thanks!
