El Tigre Braum has a really cool scissor kick to the head for a crit animation that will almost never be seen. I advocate that if Braum lands the final concussive blows strike to activate the stun, the attack should use his crit animation. If anyone knows a Riot employee please pass this idea along.

According to LoLKing.net, base Braum also has this crit animation.

to get the animation you would need crit. to crit you need to have the atatck hit target. animation is done while the damage is done.
what you propose would break this by having an animation happen after the damage is done, which is wasted and could cause confusion.
Battlecast Sona4 votes... it would just check your targets when you issue the command and say "oh there's 3 stacks of concussive blows, I'm going to use my crit animation for the next attack". I don't know exactly how difficult this would be (my understanding of Riot's coding is basic at best) but it doesn't seem overly complicated to put in an "if 3 stacks of concussive blows use crit on next attack for that target" marker.
