OP - please go into detail about the large differences an intentional leaver has over an unintended leaver when it comes to this team game.
Also, 10 minute penalty isn't the first step, 5 minutes is, so please link your complaint regarding this when you reached the 5 minute mark - obviously this isn't the first time you've had problems staying in game.
TL;DR You left a game, unintentional or not, you're a leaver.
