Is Karma too weak?
Does anyone feel this way about her? I love playing her but I feel like she needs more... umph... I don't know, may be it's just me.

There're mixed feelings about her strength even on Riot's end. I truly believe she is undertuned and could be buffed numerically and am sure it wouldn't even make her overpowered. She is practically useless when behind since her very few playmaking options rely on her being even or ahead with her opponent. She's the only support that falls off lategame. Her Mantra Q is her best ability but regularly gets body blocked by a minion or tank,her snare doesn't have a useful range unless it's Mantra upgraded and her shield is the smallest in the game along with worst secondary effect and she has no real passive.
However, every champion in the game is strong when ahead if you try and look up Karma videos where her side wins she's fighting idiots that fall for things such as Staying in Mantra Qs circle,chasing her undertower when they don't have burst(her shield and R+W can't save her from any burst damage dealer that's ahead which is always the case when you are support as that role is commonly 2 levels behind the carries.
I'm not even going to address top Karma she doesn't bring lockdown,tankyness for towerdiving ,and all this gets worse when she falls off
Mid Karma does terribly against anyone who can dodge or shrug off poke,gets outranged by a lot of mids,doesn't damage nearly as much as close ranged mids,has really low waveclear for a mage.
She was changed from a unique mage to a weaker version of Lux and Lulu, Yes Mantra Q does a lot of damage but so do most mages when they use their Q and R to compare
Karma's Q+R does 785 + 1.50% Ap Lux's Q and R(which procs Lux's passive) does 914 + 1.65% Ap.
If they were to buff her I would rather they lessen her weaknesses rather than buff her strengths
They changed her because her basic abilities felt underwhelming but overbearing when ulted but that hasn't actually changed.

Idk about support
but mid Karma can chunk squishes to 50% with just one R+Q
The new stuff in PBE buff her quite a bit. Namely The Windspeaker's Blessing (for support style) and The Thunderlord's Decree (for mage style).
She's not weak currently. She's just not extremely strong like other popular picks.

she just deals with the "tank supports are preferred," issue as every other squishy AP support does
She seems weak only because so many champions are broken OP right now.
It might be the way you play Karma, because i can build 
and with only 64 AP still 2v1 most anyone on the enemy team, as a support.
Karma is stronk. good laner, good mid game, good late.... imo at least. Get ludens, morello, rabadon, void or liandries or both, boots, exchange boots with lich bane if you like. in lane phase minions are either your best or worse friends. some people hide directly behind the minions and don't realized karma q is an aoe ability. mid game shove and room or duel the enemy mid laner karma is pretty good at both. late game should be casting your e and then pressing R, hold it until find a good mantra q on the backline or front line that is grouped (this way you are lowering your mantra cd looking for a good q r), stay in the back keep autoing enemy tanks and tether enemy tanks to get your mantra q back up, should be up in your next q or second.... She is "fine" right now but riot could give her shield and empowered auto attack buff to her with a small ap scaling or new damage passive. Doesn't really need anything else. The passive buffs really helped a lot, the loss of her aoe shield bomb didn't make or break karma since the rework.
