Hi, my windows 10 pc had like a dark blue/black screen so I turned off my pc. When I turned it back on, its stuck with the loading circle. I have no idea how to fix this. Help me please.

Try booting in safe mode: http://www.digitalcitizen.life/4-ways-boot-safe-mode-windows-10 Use #4 there to do it.

If that works, try a virus scan. If it doesn't, I feel like it's probably an issue with your hard drive.
