I played a game against a Rengar top
I was playing morde and he one shot me at level 2 (He was level 2 aswell) with JUST a doran's blade and ever since then started to tower dive, go in base, to kill me when I spawn etc I think that needs a nerf...

Trolling aside, rengar is very strong and can 100-0 a squishy. I just seriously doubt it happened from full hp morde at lvl 2 unless you followed him into bushes and/or took minion agro.
One shot you at level 2? I'd love to see that. He can't even use his whole combo at that point (unless you were lvl2 and he was 3+).
But seriously, he has a good power spike and can chain his well to burst you. It shouldn't one shot or even full combo you at full health that early in the game. There's more to it than that and it sounds like you didn't catch what that something is.
I use replay.gg to record my games for later viewing. I got wrecked by a teemo as vlad yesterday. It was really bad. I watched the replay and see where I went wrong early (giving 1st blood) and then how he abused his advantage (and natural counter) to keeping beating me up.
...That said, teemo either intentionally or accidentally abused a minion aggro bug in the initial kill. I'm using replay.gg to export a video to post it here so Riot can hopefully address it.
