and in the champions folder it stores every skin ever made. i wonder if i could mess around with the files and make it look like im playing human ryze / championship riven

I'm pretty sure Riot talked about these being placeholder images for different effects, like the Fear and Taunt, so that they could test if the picture would come up and if they liked it without having to commit a lot of resources into making an image.
