Refer A Friend; Support hasn't helped.

Hello Community & Riot. I am having problems with the refer a friend. I currently have 2 friends already "completed" and I redeemed the rewards for them. I also have 3 other friend (2 level 10 & 1 level 30) that are in the "pending section" I was wondering why I have not got compensation for them completing the requirements for me referring them. I thought if they reach level 10 then i am eligible for the rewards. What is wrong? Did I do something wrong? Also I have receive the SAME e-mail from 3 (THREE) different riot employees and nothing has been done.

go to the refer a friend site and redeem them. it is not automated

probably a ploy to get people to play the game without actually rewarding anyone for it

the 3 other friends, did they add you from a clean slate? it seems weird that someone could be level 30 that fast? Also when did they hit level 10+ usually it takes a couple of days for the system to see they have made it to the level, plus another couple of days for the reward to unlock on your account!

I have 4 completed and one thats a lv 10 and still showing as lv 2 so i cant redeem the twitch skin and its annoying me because its gone tomorrow...
