Refer a friend question

Hello, Riot, and fellow summoners. I have sent 3 invitations to my friends trying to get the skins before it ends. Currently the status of their invites are at "pending" and not "completed". The only reason I am concerned is, am I going to be eligible for them as a referred person of will it not recognize them? One of them is 7 the other two are 4 or 5. How do I fix this so that I can redeem my rewards when they attain level 10?
