So I've been trying to get some project skins with the Augment Cache, I bought 10 augment caches and I kept getting PROJECT cores, but not a single one of them had a PROJECT blueprint, how am I suppose to get the blueprint?
Dynikus2 votesYou get the blueprints from the 75rp/750ip Icon boxes. EM Caster Icon gets you Ashe, Decrypter for Ekko, Hyper Edge for Katarina.

Dynikus1 votesI didn't realize the names of them until I checked them in the store to post that comment, it is a little misleading though. Each box has a summoner Icon, a blueprint to unlock the project skin borders, a project core, and an augment cashe fragment.

I'm not sure if I'm reading your initial question correctly, but just to clarify, the blueprints are only for the project skin borders. The skins themselves you need to either buy with RP, or get lucky and get one from a normal hextech chest.
