Reminder unfair ranked losses shoudnt cost LP

The is game is meant to be played 5v5 with players, not afks/trolls, so to relieve the stress of getting afks/dc's/trolls and for the sake of fairness, the winners of matches with enemy team afks or trolls should get LP anyways but the defeated should not lose any, atleast for dc's/afk's ...

also there is too much punishment with leaving champ select for ranked when your on promos, it counts as complete loss if you dodge, so what happens if you see this in your chat when you get matched up "sry guise might gtg in a few min lets fnish fast" "wow why you bann x champ or take x role, too late %%% I will troll :)" you either let the person lose the game or rito makes it a loss
