leveling up new accounts is

legit cancer. No wonder everyone just buys accounts jesus christ. If riot make it easier or cost less to level up new accounts for players that already have a main id. then these players wouldnt buy and sell accounts since with a little research i found it is 10x cheaper and 50x less time consuming compared to the down side of it being a bannable offence which is why I dont like the idea of selling/buying accounts. so why not just make it easy so players like me who just hardly play the game since im not to the level of my main after taking a long break and would easily play often if it wasnt such a pain in the ass to level a smurf.
