normals might be a little broken

I either get this https://gyazo.com/5a167806040325dd05dc1c0d2baef86f where my team is suppppper bad compared to the other team (more often then not) then i get this https://gyazo.com/a2d2709adafcb2440bf7c647c2b88231 when we get super screwed matchmaking like diamonds against silvers (happens less than the first pic). But for the most part its a stomp for someone, in the last 5 games we had 1 close one with 3 games where I went even while they whole team fed and 4 man surrendered. Lets get a fix on this normal mm bullshit ya hear?
