Yes dynamic queue is terrible. It is actually a much larger problem than we really know for sure. Riot restricted the API so you cant see who is grouped together in games anymore. They did this on purpose. They new dynamic queue was coming and there would be tons of backlash. Their goal here was to reduce the amount of information we have so we don't get a real picture of just how bad dynamic queue really is.
