Serevas1 votesFor the record I'm pretty sure that the forums are almost entirely if not entirely moderated by volunteers, so there are people who take pleasure in deleting your shit posts for free.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesNo, you're probably confusing the Arbiters or the OCE volunteers with it. Wuks, for example, is an Arbiter on NA and also has moderation privileges on OCE; neither he nor any of the other volunteers have moderation privileges on NA though.
