Cho'gath.

More versatile than Sion, and has better skins!

Sion, because his ult is hilariously fun and the rest of his kit is awesome. Plus, he's prettier than that hideous polygon count that is Cho'gath.

They're both good champions that can win games if you learn to play them well.

Cho'gath is a bit safer early and has better damage, while Sion has less damage but better initiation.
