1: Sejuani (55.9% win rate) (2.1% play rate)
2: Skarner (54.5% win rate) (1.1% play rate) 3: Ekko (54.3% win rate) (17.4% play rate)

1: Lowest win rate is Ryze (43.5% win rate) (7.0% play rate) While the Ekko isn't much of a surprise, the Sejuani and Skarner are.... imo at least.

I also thought I should put in the lowest win rate as well for fun.

It goes: Ekko Top (57.72% win rate) (13.52% play rate) Side Note: Holy hell those are incredibly high numbers

KogMaw ADC (56.29% win rate) (5.3% play rate)

Kayle Top (55.23% win rate) (2.46% play rate)

This is plat+ ranked games, anything else can be considered false data as the lower elo's represent players more than champion capability

At what elo? In what regions?

Last i checked, ekko was first at over 57%, and kog'maw was second at over 56%. Volibear was the highest win rate jungler, above skarner and sejuani.

This was platinum plus ranked, across all regions.
