1,000 Wins?

Hey everyone.

I'm about to reach my 1,000th Normal win (normal + teambuilder). I'm at 990 at the time of this post. I read somewhere once that at or around your 1,000th normal win you get to have Riot employees on your team?

I've also read somewhere that you have to specifically ask a Rioter to play with you.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
