Cursed with bad botlanes

I NEVER, and i say it again, NEVER get a good botlane. Either the adc is bad and sucks at csing or the support is bad and doesn't buy wards. I started lol never touching adc and to this day, I dont play adc. So i cant fix this problem. Even when im support and get my adc super fed, hes just so bad that the enemy can take him down.
