toxic people that feed on purpose

I just had a few games in a row in one for all that when things went south, people started feeding on purpose. literally had one guy say in all chat HEY KILL ME 5 MORE TIMES SO I CAN GET 4 20 score... and bought things like 6 sight stones and 6 regeneration beads.

id really like a reply from a rioter to ask what are they doing to get rid of this kind of behavior. I know its not ranked but it completely screws over fun games that people are trying to win and demeans then into "haha its not ranked good luck scrubs fuck off" and "good luck punishing me". its not fun to play with these people and its honestly about to make me quit league. id rather have 30 toxic verbally abusive people in games than people who ruin the game by afk and feeding ect.
