An idea for an IP sink

Something that many long time players have asked for is an IP sink to actually get to use their loads of IP on after having bought everything they needed. One idea I had was some nice little banners for the profile page. Currently the only profile banners you can get is by spending $25 on an ultimate skin, and even then, there are currently only 3. They don't have to be something overly detailed, just something to change the same screen you see every time you/ a friend decides to check your profile. Small customization options like that would be a nice way to spend IP, it gives something nice to people who've been wanting to get rid of the IP but also doesn't make players who don't have that kind of IP to make it a priority of theirs over Champions or Runes.
