Recruiting high bronze - low gold for a new team. [ Late nights ]

I've had a few people add me interested in making a team but right now its only gotten as far as duoing with a few of them. It would be nice to put one together since joining one is hard to do. For now there isn't a team name, I'd like to play some normal draft for a half dozen - a dozen games first to get the feel of playing together down. So once we have a set 5 we can come up with a name.

Here's a generic application so I can see who's interested in what, I'll fit it out myself and you can erase my entries to put yours.

Favorite champs : Jinx,Miss Fortune, Twitch, Quinn ( Karma for non adc )

PlayStyle : I would say passive agressive harassing in lane( passive until I see an opening then strong harass, rinse and repeat), split pushing if the match needs it.

Reason for wanting a team : seems like every other game in solo que you have to deal with ateast 1 player who is either having a bad day, has a bad attitude, doesn't speak English, etc etc. By being on a team who plays regularly I won't have to deal with that as often, a team would also help me become a better player.

Do I have  a Mic : Yes

What I bring to a team : I tend to over think things a lot, so I have possibilities of what can happen weighed out in my head before doing it. That can either be a good thing or a bad thing, but usually works  out for me. I'm also very positive, i'd rather highlight the good plays than get mad at someone for the bad.

Only rules I've thought up so far are

1. RESPECT YOUR TEAM, no one deserves to be hated on for anything, especially how they play a game. If you're giving tips they ask for its one thing, if you're harassing them its another entirely.
2. Be mature, I don't expect people to act like its church, but I've had enough " man im so high right now" to last a lifetime.
3. Have to be able to play the times the team plays, that will be around 8 pm EST til 4 am EST 4) Type Gambit at the end of your post so I know you actually read the post!
4. No raging, idc if you're having a bad day, rage at your team, or rage because we're losing etc is unacceptable, and I won't have that kind of attitude on a team.
