It makes sense, since the shrooms are now only five minutes in duration. Since Teemo relies so heavily on his mushrooms, it was either allow him to carry twice as many or reduce the time to recharge. Since PBE is still ongoing, I hope they decide to allow him to carry more mushrooms as well, from 3 at level 6 to 4 at 11 and 5 at 16. For the haters, all I gotta say to you?
