Poppy Skin Sale

I'm pretty much 100% certain when the reworked Poppy is released there will be a skin bundle available. However, for those of us that don't have 3-4k RP to drop on such a massive bundle, will individual Poppy skins be available for sale? Poppy currently only has two non-legacy skins (the Scarlet one and Battle Regalia). I want neither of these skins. xD

I'm really hoping the legacy Poppy skins (Blacksmith, Noxus, etc) will be available for individual purchase in addition to being part of the re-release bundle.
