When we mute a player, can it mute their champion as well?

More often than not, it annoys me when people spam laughs or emotes, regardless of which team they are on. As far as I know, my only option to avoid this is to turn off ALL champion voices. But I LIKE hearing my champion's voice lines as I play. Also, some champions (Scion, Illaoi, Kalista...) have global voice lines while others (Sivir, Annie..) have local voice lines, and I would like to hear these as well. I would very much appreciate it if muting a player would mute their champion's voice as well as their text. Maybe have an small area in the options that lets someone choose what gets muted when they mute someone - let us check a box for if we want voice, text, pings, or any combination of those muted. Or something like that. I'm sure I can't be the only one who wants something like this...
