Have you submitted a Support Ticket? You aren't guaranteed to get Riot's attention on the boards, but you are with a ticket. What exactly is your problem, though, if you don't mind sharing?

The riot support page on twitter replies fairly quickly. They ended up doing something for once and even banned a spammer bot fairly quickly. Id try them.
