Have you submitted a Support Ticket? You aren't guaranteed to get Riot's attention on the boards, but you are with a ticket. What exactly is your problem, though, if you don't mind sharing?

Ok so I've been having trouble with lol for the past 2 weeks and it's literally been one issue after the next. At first I started getting pvp. Kernel error then I had uninstalled and reinstalled and for a whole week I couldn't even get the client to open the the lol logo would pop up then go away THEN when I FINALLY got the client to open and downloaded it now when I pressed launch the client would just close out and nothing happens, I then run the repair in the client, and now it finished repairing...it's downloading the entire game all over again like wtf I have been experiencing these problems for 2 weeks now every time I post in help and support I get no replies at all and almost everything I try on the Internet will not work

The riot support page on twitter replies fairly quickly. They ended up doing something for once and even banned a spammer bot fairly quickly. Id try them.
