how is mm allowed

Go from winning most of my games to getting lvl 30s in my game against me while I get straight boosted players and pre 30's on my team. Lost the last 3 games while doing the most damage every time by milessssss LOL sure its aram but fuck me it doesnt matter what game mode I play im forced to play bots to 30 since riots too fucking r%%%%%ed to make it so that lvl 30s cant play with pre 30s
