Do you still have to own a champion to get the key fragment?
Not sure with new honor system.
Edit: For those wondering, yes. You still have to own the champion in order to receive key fragments.

I didn't think key fragments were ever tied to owning the champion played. They were just a chance to drop on a win. Chests, on the other hand, do require you to own the champion to earn one for that champion.
Bump. Still have yet to find out the answer here. I like to play all the free week champions to see if I want to buy any of them, however I don't like not having the chance to get key fragments. So I typically skip out on playing the champions. I already have piles of chests unlocked with few key fragments.
And it looks like you still have to own the champion in order to receive key fragments. I disagree with that.
