Club Houses?

Firstly I do NOT know a lot about the game and what would work or what wouldn't but i think that if riot added customisable lobbys/houses that type of thing which you can decorate with things you buy with IP/RP. For example say you're an Ashe main and you like the icy freljord theme you could go to your clubs house and maybe buy freljord themed objects maybe a wallpaper or different style of building. Yes I get that this would be pointless to early game players and since i only own maybe 30-40 champs i have a while to go but i imagine people with every skin and champ don't know what they want to spend their IP on some of the time and this would be something they could have pride in saying they'd made or just something to do or even a long time objective.

This is also my thirst post on these forums so i might have done something wrong.
