Please fix Leaver Buster

Ok so far in the past 2 days i have gotten 2 leaver busters of 5 match made games 20 minutes you probably know what i mean but the first one i definitely didn't deserve because it happened after i left a CUSTOM and because the GAME decided to DISBAND a game that had gone through bans and picks and was loading in neither of these should've gone into it as far as i know but i waited it out and got it over with. Now the 2nd one i don't understand why riot haven't fixed this so what happened was me and my friend were in a queue and we found a game however this caused my league to full blown crash and glitch out and then earlier today my PC crashed i restarted it reconnected to the game i was there when we lost and i still got banned.

Now the second one i fully understand but i don't like that riot have not fixed this before and its stupidly unfair that i have to go through 1 hr and 40 minutes of nothing because of things i couldn't stop and yes i get that this might be very hard to fix but this system is a very enraging thing especially when its not your fault

If riot happen to see this please fix this system since it is incredibly annoying (I am new to these forums and probably put this in the wrong board or something like that)
