Reporting needs to be changed

So I was playing adc and had a sona support. Sona kept going over aggresive and getting grabbed by blitz and killed by their adc. Our jg blames them being fed on me even thou sona is one dying over and over. I defend myself and get chewed out by the jg then reported after game for negative attitude by the jg. So when will riot actually punish these people that blame game others who are not even at fault and heaven forbid if you defend yourself you get reported. The amount toxicity in this game is getting r%%%%%ed now. Really think they should go to only having 3 reports a week like dota has and if its a justifiable report you get it back cause the free report in this game is becoming its own trolling system by these toxic players to try to punish others
