unacceptable levels of trolling

Playing a game and our lee was afk all game so was 5 v 4. Even so we had more objectives, all the dragon kills, and more kills then other team yet the other 3 voted to surrender over riding my no vote. How are we supposed to enjoy a game when even if you are winning the team just freaking quits for no reason. How are people like this being allowed to play and ruin the game for others.
