Estimated Program soraka skin release date?

I'd say during but not right at the start. Just a hunch.

I can't wait for this skin either, I think it'll be out around Friday afternoon, but that's just a guess.

Later during the patch. Patch just hit today, usually Skin content is released on a Tuesday or a Thursday.
