Me: I Purchased Earnest Elf Tristana and was charged but did not receive skin. I previously had 1156 RP then attempted to purchase the skin, it said, "Your purchase could not be completed at this time." I tried a few times later and it said the same thing but then I noticed I had been charged the RP and still didn't have the skin,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems Earnest Elf Tristana. I know this is frustrating as you didn't receive the skin after you've purchased skin on the store and not to mention that you've encountered the same error twice when grabbing this skin to your account.

I know you must have been really excited to try out your most recent purchase. This comes from personal experience. Rest assured, I looked into this issue for you and see that your client just experienced a delay in updating your account since I notice that the skin has been unlocked successfully!

For all the people complaining about Riot Support and Riot not communication with their players. I think this shows that if you aren't kicking and screaming and blaming EVERYONE ELSE you get results. While it wasn't a big issue all of my interactions went smoothly. Thanks you two ;)
