What a Game

Played this game a few days ago, and what a game it was. We had Ryze dc'd half way in, voli soon afked after that. Ryze came back but dc'd a few times through out the rest of the game. And we won.

I'm Silver V so about low silver mmr. Please notice specifically the team comps.
Top Lane: Nasus vs Ryze both late game beasts. Ryze I'm pretty sure died a few times laning phase.

Jungle: Nocturne vs Shaco (MEEE) Shaco falls of HARD and Nocturne I'm not sure cause I haven't played him/he isn't that popular but I know that he is stronger after maybe 15 mins than Shaco. Shaco is a good split pusher but can easily be stopped by most anyone.

Mid Lane: Akali vs Katarina Katarina the infamous pentakill girl. nuff said

Bottom Lane (ADC): Vayne vs Graves Vayne late game hyper carry. Graves, bursty adc, gets rekt by Vayne in prolonged teamfights.

Bottom Lane (Support) Bard vs Volibear Bard can sway teamfights if played well. Volibear is a kill lane support but didn't get kills early.

Not much else to say they easily could have won just grouped and won methodically. Taken an inhib then rotate to top or bot and rotate again taking barons and dragons when they are up. But there were a few points in the game that we somehow turned around the game.

One was that they didn't always group when they pushed into our base. We got a few picks which gave us breathing room, got to push out of our base and get some wards out.

A great play on our part (called by yours truly) was when they all went mia very late in the game. We were pretty sure both dragon and baron were up and I think we had seen them go blue side jungle so we knew they were at drag. We (props to my team) went baron ASAP after I typed it in chat and pinged it. We didn't think about it for a second. We guessed right they went drag we went baron. Both got them, and backed.

After that play things were a bit easier, just a bit though. Of course I think at this time that was their fourth dragon and baron wore off soon. At this point we were sorta afk split pushing and very frustrated. But at almost an hour into the game they go baron. We did have wards there and so we all went towards the pit. To say it simply I Q'd in and stole the baron we won the teamfight (miraculously) and ended the game.

So I would just like to say gg wp to my team and really show the power of playing as a team. Let me reiterate PLAYING AS A TEAM. The odds were 100% against us. But because of moving together, listening to calls, and staying more or less positive despite having 1.5 afks, we won!

I can just imagine Trick watching this game ;D
