Unfortunately Riot will never take a champion idea off of precedent and general complications.

However, that does not stop all the creative champ ideas that come out of the community. So what a lot of people do (myself included) is post champ concepts to Fan Creations and bounce ideas off each other for the fun of it and making a neat idea even better. Why not give that a shot? :)

Fan creations isn't just a place for fan art and fan fiction, it's also where a lot of people put up their own champ concepts to show and get feedback on. None of the concepts are going to be used by Riot, we all know that, but it's a fun creative thing to do and you can get a lot of good, constructive feedback there to give you even more ideas for your champ.

And on the drawing side, I'm right there with you, I can barely do better than stick figures. And I'm not the only one. Just drop by fan creations and take a look at the champ concepts there for the fun of it, there are some awesome ideas there.

Seems pretty interesting

Although what this can champion can do a lot of other champions can do already....

Post this on the fan creations and maybe include a lore, which is one element that is missing from this champion, and see what people would think from there.

When you say Post it on the fan creation you mean like copy and paste it on a different post?
