Note: Ability Power Support Passive - Seeker: once she find a champion that is 30% low hp everyone around gain movement speed (she also) by 20% (much like Warwick)

Ability 1 (Q) - Ring of love: Talia shoots out a ring of love that snares the first enemy it hits. Dealing about 90/110/130/150/170.

Ability 2 (W) - Love Bond: Much like Karma's rope, Talia insteads links her rope to an allie healing 5% of the missing health and herself. Once it fully upgrades it heals about 25%

Ability 3 (E) - Flower Bomb: Talia shoots out a cone of flowers that explodes dealing 35/40/45/50/55.

Ability 4 (R) - HeartSeeker: Talia Strikes at a champion causing her to be untargetable (when striking) and stunning the first champion she connects with Dealing 200/250/300.

Love Bond seems a little too strong, since love is a bout helping each other out she should give health to the injured champion kind of like Soraka's manna transfer. It would seem like that would balance it out a little bit more. You could give it a really long cool down to compensate also, but it would feel like it would still need some work if you did just put the long CD on it. You also could put repercussions on it if you break the chain too early too increasing the risk for a well deserved reward. You would have to change it into a channel HOT (Heal Over Time) kinda thing which could be a new mechanic to the game. It would be like a Shen Vorpal Blade but cooler and more direct.

Heart Seeker feels more like an assassin kind of move focusing more on blowing up the enemy champ selected rather than assisting the allied team or temporarily disabling the whole enemy team like most support ults do. She could indoctrinate each teammate with the power of love granting the whole team a temporary love shield. A single target, AOE, or WW type ult is your choice. I would put a little more thought into this ult before you throw your character in the middle of a team fight just to have her blown up by the enemy team and unable to help her team in the long run. Maybe you can change her Flower Bomb into an escape type mechanism to help make this ult work.
