Level 30s who don't own 450 and 1350 champs

Though I do own most of the 450's, I only have half the 1350's. I actually almost have all the 4800's first, I can understand it can be frustrating sometimes but if your good with a champ it really doesn't matter what you play.

Break the meta and just have fun.

i don't play poppy and i also don't play yi,so i don't have them.

Buying 5 1350 champs you don't like and won't play or buy one 6300 champ you do like and will play?

I'm only 28, but I sincerely doubt by the time I hit 30 I'll have all those champions. As of now I only own 13 champions (3 free ones from Facebook/YouTube/twitter, ahri, caitlyn, and rest are 450/1350 I think), have 2 rune pages with Good runes, and about 16700ip atm. By 30 I may be able to buy a couple more champions in each cost bracket, and fill out runes, that's assuming I don't spend rp on another rune page.

I can understand if say, you want to first pick tristana for me and I can't do the trade because I can't pick Warwick for you... But that's why I have caitlyn. I would be more concerned with having meta champions than cheap champions in that case though.
