Black Screen In Champ Select

I queued up for a Ranked Match, and I accept the match. I get into what I ASSUME is Champion Select, but all I see is a black screen and a timer for my cursor. Then I get removed for not selecting a champion and lost a game in my series. That's not fair that I get dicked over for something completely out of my control.

So 1) I want someone to look into this and 2) I want the loss taken off of my account because that's not fair that I was kicked out of champ select for something I had no control over.
