I have about 2200 essence which I've been saving up to unlock Spirit Guard Udyr, but recently I got Traditional Karma. Its a legacy and do not know if she is available during Riot's sales or not (when they have sales on Legacy skins during holidays). I heard the traditional skins were only available to those that owned her way back in the days.

Okay, so I'll keep her. Getting Hextech Chest is excruciatingly painful though... I just need 750 essence to get Spirit Guard Udyr, I can wait a bit longer.
I think the only way to get Traditional Karma before was random in a mystery gift. Or own her before they remade her kit. So, it's a pretty rare skin. Not likely to ever be in the shop just to buy.
I would keep it, there is no way to get it anymore I think. I think it was only for people that had her in the past. You can always disenchant a random skin the next box you open.
Yes the skin is kind of rare.
However, the real question is if you play Karma enough to get enough out of having the skin. Sure it's kinda rare, but that won't really mean anything if you don't play her.
