Can't make a PBE account

I got an email a few hours ago saying that I was approved for PBE access, I clicked the link to create my PBE account and got an error message. It's Error 500. Anyone know what that is and why I can't make my account?

ah i was chosen 2!!!!! happy for both of us. this issue might be somewhat annoying, try re opening and closing, if that dosent work send a email 2 riot
