What should I do in 4v5 situations
Teamfighting is not a good idea, splitpushing is risky as they can rush your base and just overpower the three others left to defend. What is the best action to take.

Try to keep vision on them, maybe upgrade ward trinket early? Try to obtain all experience you can get. (jungler afk? Someone should go jungle and let the support solo lane) Damage turrets whenever you can. Once you get a significant lead on levels (only 4 ppl get all the xp available after all) you can probably win the game.
But it'd be still hard to pull off and sometimes nearly impossible.
Speed and vision are key. Whenever I've had success with these situations we usually travel as a unit. Make sure everyone's on the same page. One champion out of position will likely cost you the game (it's happened to me many times.) Play aggressively for objectives, don't teamfight unless you have to. If, with your vision, you see enemy champs out of their group, gank them as a whole team if you can afford to. Then regroup. Keeping up gold is important and keeping them from pushing lanes and farming is mildly important. Focus those turrets and book it before they catch you. They usually all split up to cover turrets, your team can butcher them for having champions out of position as it almost always happens. Take inhib, don't Baron unless you have no inner turrets and they're all dead on long timers. If you have inner turrets down, just take inhib, if you have inhib down, just take nexus turrets, if you have those down, take nexus. Prioritize. Baron is predictable, they may leave their base alone temporarily to gank all of you and steal Baron because they can afford to. That is crippling and it's hard to come back from in a 4v5. It's usually gg.
When you do engage them, just take advantage of champs that wander off, but don't chase kills. They can backdoor you and there's little you can do about it unless your carry is good enough to handle at least two of them around their own turrets. Focus on objectives, move as a unit, play smart, move fast, don't dilly dally on things you don't need -yes, Dragon and Baron count as things you don't need -just ward them so the enemy team doesn't get them and gank them if they go for them -or take nexus if you're already that close.
