Anyone else think Riot got greedy with the Project skins?

Honestly they are amazing, but for that price they could have easily given the icons, or at the very least included them in the bundle.

Edit. Oh and a "first edition" thing to the skins, which I understand it's cool and different but right after that they go on sale? What?
